A weekend rental (4 day, 3 night) is $14,500. Inquire for other small/non wedding events

Yes, you can rent the Whitney bungalow -- a one bedroom, one bathroom cottage on the property. Equipped with a hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock and more! It is $350/night and there is no nightly minimum. 

Yes, we welcome all licensed and insured vendors with approval from Cape Teal Farms. 

Yes, we do! For all Cape Teal Farms couples, House of Luxe offers a special full service rate.

Cape Teal Farms required event insurance and on-site bathroom amenities for all on-site events. Any events of over 30 people require bathroom amenities. 

Yes, we provide a list of local and well-trusted vendors (example: shuttles, coordination, content creation, hotels, catering, etc.).

Yes, we have on-site parking available for vendors and guests. 

Yes, we are proud to be partnering with Bay Local for our prefered caterer. However, we are open to other outside caterers with a license and insurance. 

Yes, with an ABC license and special event permit

Yes, the event must conclude by 11pm. Last call will be at 10:15pm.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your event weekend. The remaining two payments are made 90 days (25%) and 21 days (25%) before your event. 

We provide a 50% refund if you cancel prior to 120 days to your event. 

Yes, the space is yours to use as you wish for any farewell brunch, welcome parties, rehearsal dinner, etc.. Our home is your home! For catering and planning options, please email luxe.eventsvb@gmail.com

Check in is Thursday at 3pm. Check out is Sunday at 1pm.

We are an outdoor venue. A tent rental is required for your event weekend. We strongly suggest renting tent walls and tent flooring to accommodate inclement weather.
